Beet & Berry Morning Boost Smoothie
1 banana, fresh or frozen
½ c berries, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp Feel the Beet mix
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 c. milk, water or milk alternative
Optional, Cocoa Powder
Feel the Beet Power Balls
1 c toasted oats
2 tbsp Feel the Beet mix
1c ground flax seeds
1/2 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/4 c. hemp seeds
1/2 c. nut butter
1/4-1/3 c. honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Optional: Chocolate Chips
Mix all ingredients together
